Fold in grated zucchini and orange rind with spatula, mixing well. </p><p> </p><p>Pour batter into well-greased tube pan (10") and bake for one hour, or until the cake starts to leave sides of pan and tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan and then turn out on rack to complete cooling. </p><p> </p><p>Frost top with the mixture butter, confectioners' sugar and orange juice.
