Cowboy Breakfast Casserole This is a wonderful breakfast dish when you have overnight company. Put it together the night before, and pop it in the oven the next morning.

6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
1 pound pork sausage, crumbled and browned
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Beat in the milk, salt and dry mustard. Place the bread cubes in a buttered, 9x13-inch dish. Layer the browned sausage over the bread, and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the sausage. Pour the egg mixture over the top, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake in a 350°friend preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.
