Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until potatoes are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.</p><p>Pour potato mixture into food processor or blender and process until smooth. Return mixture to soup pot and add remaining corn and broccoli. Cover pot and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.</p><p>In a small bowl, combine flour and pepper. Gradually blend in skim milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Stir into soup.</p><p>Add shrimp and crab and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes.</p><p>Remove soup from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
