Layer 4-5 noodles over the sauce covering the bottom completely. Top the noodles with sauce & spread it out. Evenly drop and spread ricotta cheese over the sauce. Add a layer of hard boiled egg slices. I sometimes add chunks cooked sweet Italian sausage.</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Top with a heaping handful of Mozzarella cheese, spread out evenly. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Top with another layer of noodles. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Cover the top layer with sauce and Mozzarella.</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees until everything is bubbling, about 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until the top is brown and bubbly, about 15 minutes more. Allow to set for 20 minutes before cutting.</strong></p></blockquote><p></p>
