Add mushroom mixture, spinach, ricotta cheese and 1/2 <u>each</u> mozzarella and Parmesan; mix well. Spoon evenly into manicotti shells. </p><p><strong>PLACE </strong>in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
