Reduce heat and simmer 'til chicken is cooked. Remove chicken from water and set aside to cool. Remove 2 cups of broth from the pot and set aside. Bring remaining broth back to boil and add the spaghetti. Cook 'til al dente. Add the seasoned salt, black pepper and cayenne. Add the chicken and the reserved broth.
