Mix together soup, water and brown sugar and pour over the beef & cabbage. Cover & bake for 90 mins. at 350.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 10px">If it ever looks too dry, just add a little V-8 juice.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
