Set aside.</p><p>In a sauce pan, add the garlic to the white wine and bring to a boil. Add the cheese. Blend together over low heat, stirring gently with a wooden spoon tracing figure eights.</p><p>Serve with baguette, olive focaccia, grison meat, white ham, apple quarters and fresh pears. Nuts of various types make an excellent accompanyment as well.</p></blockquote><p></p>
