I been looking online to find answer but getting conflicting answers.

Some say 9 months from start date and others like this website say if you work 400 hours in 3 month period.

Here in California I think they offer Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.

Hi 9 months from when u start. On your pay check there is a insurance pull and once it is gone u have insurance but u will get something in the mail to fill out. When u fill it out turn it back to the union hall u will get the card.

local 396 I believe its around 70 working days (which is just after the time you finish paying your initation fee)
