I usually use my option days within the first few months after receiving them. Always can find use for a three day weekend, with that extra day off being paid.

Selling your vacations will not affect your option days.

In the Central, if you're hired before 1997, you get them on May 1.

If hired after 1997, you get them on your seniority anniversary date.
