When does Vacation time kick in?

I started working part time at UPS in May of 2016. Before I was out of my 30 day packet, I was called up to FT driver and started driving in July of 2016 and finished my packet in September of 2016. I've asked supervisors and my Union Steward when I should get vacation but keep getting different answers from everyone as is this case with everything. Some have said I should get 5 days after my year anniversary with the Company, whether driver or not. My year anniversary passed a few weeks ago and I've got nothing. Will I get a pro-rated amount of vacation after my 1 year anniversary as a FT driver or do I have to wait til the new year to get any vacation? FYI: Red River District.

You should get a week after your one year anniversary

If you started in May you should have gotten to pick a week after your start date,should have gotten to chose around November of last year

When I asked the Center Manager if I had Vacation time, she said I don't have any and my pay stubs are also showing 0. I did receive one option day, however. Woohoo.
