where's my union?

i haul two truckloads ( 53 ' trailers ) of ups mail from one ups building to another.5 nights a week,,,as do 30 of my co-workers.steady work,,but our trucks are white and our paychecks are small, our benefits are bleak.at least i have no union dues.
