who do I call to find out if we're working. no contact with sup

Or call and ask for Jenny when they answer, she's the schedule coordinator.

I'm going two hours early if the facility is open. it's amazing how :censored2:ty UPS is. even their crisis num er wasn't working.

How about a sup or center manager cell number, I have them all but on go to voicemail unless I need something

If you are new, you should have the contact info to the trainer who led orientation, at least. In my hub, he's also the safety guy. He's a good person to contact.

OR call the 800 number for HR and ask for the number to the local HR office for your area.
