Bill presidency started with somalia (Bush seniors action) where the need for vehicles with armor plating was highlighted. We should have had that issue fixed well in advance of the afghan/ iraq conflicts. </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #0000ff">Bills pants around his ankles was more then just monica.
