He called him out and told him that his tax plan is nothing more than income redistribution which is a socialist concept!  BO said - come on Bill you and I can afford to give up a little for that poor waitress!  Without a tele-prompter he stutters and stammers when he talks.  He is sharp but he has trouble thinking on his feet and getting it out.  He wants unlimited payroll tax and 39% for the top bracket.  That would mean that the rich would pay 50% income tax while people under $45000 would pay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
