When I was 5 or 6 I started playing with scissors & fire. The fire consisted mostly of lighting candles, incense, small pieces of paper & sticks, & because I was home by myself on a near daily basis, my mother never knew I was a bit a fire-bug until I was almost a teenager. I never destroyed anything valuable or had a fire get out of control but I scare myself thinking about how o.k. I thought it was for me to be doing that when I was so little, haha. The scissors thing was a little more obvious to Mom, being that one of the first things I did was chop my pony-tail up & snip a few of my clothes here & there, so she put a stop to it immediately. I'm all grown up & still play with fire sometimes & I started cutting my hair again about three years ago but I read quite a few books & watched an instructional or ten before I took the plunge. I'm actually pretty slick with the scissors nowadays. Whenever I give myself a trim I get compliments & sometimes women ask me where I got it done & will I give them the name of my stylist.
