This past year a few cover drivers went full time like 3-4 I think. well I started driving during peak . and right now there is about 5 people ahead of me that has more seniority. what I'm trying to find out is a few weeks ago an outside driver hire has joined and how does that affect the rate in which the people above me go fulltime. and what the ratio of inside to outside. thanks.
