Yep, they definitely got to you and have you thinking extra. Toss a bunch of papers and numbers in you and/or co-workers faces and have you all on edge. An old sup of mine did that long ago when they started using tech data. Came to me with a handful of papers with all the minutes breakdown between deliveries and pickups for the entire day. I was running a MINIMUM of 3 and sometimes near 4 hours over a day. He asked me to explain myself and you know what I told him "Mr. Ryan"? I said "you know what XXXXX, I was very hungry that day and also wanted to keep all the restaurants on my route in business. So besides my regular lunch I took an additional 4 lunches, I'm sure you can see all the extra 50 minute gaps in your paperwork. Therefore I was stealing time and I think you should fire me". That's exactly how it went down, he had a strange look on his face, I asked if he had anything else to say, nothing more from him, and I carried on to start my work day as usual. On a side note, if I had to guess and I could be wrong.....but from the sound of things you have about 10-15 years in here at most and might be a tad worried about your future here with the way things are going and company direction. Myself, again I really don't care. I'm in position years wise that I can walk in today and say I quit, or if they found something on me and brought that "stack of paperwork" to me you speak of and had just cause to release me I will be ok as well. Suppose I am locked in and biding my time now.
