Some of you don’t realize that some buildings don’t have more than one 22.3 and it’s not an option as 25-30 year drivers line up for it. Many part timers with 10-14 years had no ft driving opportunities from 2005-2011. It’s not just lazy part timers not wanting to work full time. We all know part time work is no easier than full time on an hourly basis, often just the opposite. So someone 53 years old who didn’t have full time opportunity the last 15 years and body aches should go spend 12’s in a package car? Or a single mother shouldn’t be able to help her kids with homework or be around for one meal a day and just take them to daycare for 12-13 hours everyday? Some of you are out of touch, it’s time to pay part timers their catch up raise otherwise the union is not serving us and some will no longer have a use for it.
