Wisconsin prosecutor: UPS driver used job to stalk, sexually assault woman - Atlanta Business Chronicle

A Wisconsin prosecutor says a driver for UPS used his job to stalk and sexually assault a woman.

Gerald Moon is no longer employed by United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE: UPS). He has been convicted of stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault, according to a press release from the Bayfield County, Wisc., district attorney's office. Moon is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 14.

Moon used his employment as a delivery driver as a ploy to stalk the victim, according to Bayfield County District Attorney Kimberly Lawton.
