[QUOTE="Feederdrivermack, post: 529314, member: 22324"] Correct except when senior shifters are sent home in 8 and junior drivers get 10 hour paydays which happens little more than it should. The shifting jobs are bid as premium jobs so most senior drivers get lock into those assignments. While there is no language for guaranteed overtime, there is language as to all feeder moves done in seniority order. The contract also says we are to work a 5 day work week 8 hours per day. In this district we have 15 jobs that have 2 start times on Monday and only work a 4 day work week. The contract also says supervisors will nor perform collective bargaining agreement work, we know thyat is not too true either. My point is Upstatenyer is that UPS doesnt always play by the rules.
