I starting working at UPS since 9/28/16. I got my first raise a year after my starting date in the month of september. Now we'e in may and I have a year and 9 months at the company when do I get my second raise?

Lol what will I lie for??? I’ve only been a driver for a cpl months now Bt i was a in the hub for 10 yrs. if what your sayin is correct I’m guessing it’s different for drivers than part timers

Because I know the national contract and we haven't had all split raises since 08. We've had many but not every year has been split.

Not for the past 10 years you haven't. Probably 7 of 10 but not all 10
Ard maybe it was 7 and I’ve gotten so use to it that I forgotten my 1st 3 years. Bt he’s a new hire. Something from 8 yrs ago wouldn’t effect. So to answer is question yes you should be getting raises every feb and aug
