I would say that the people against the 22.4 are being UNselfish. Not wanting to se your future coworkers that you haven’t even met yet get paid less money and less protection for the same job is very unselfish.

I feel that saying “who cares, I got mine, they can have all the extra work” is actually being selfish.

I also have to sign my anual HAZMAT certification.

I would provide them with a copy of my driving record annually via having it mailed from the DOT.
