180 days to go full time?

Another driver told me that in the new contract, you only need 180 reports to qualify as full time. So does that mean if I get 180 reports they have to change me to full time? Or does it just mean I'll get paid full time on my option/vacation days?

Also, if this is true, where can it be found at in writing? Thanks

It means that if you have 180 reports as a tcd they have to open up a new full time position. Doesn't mean you'll get it though, seniority still applies.
