39:4-67 Disqualifies me from driving?

To them it shows that you don't have proper control of your vehicle and the liability for them is too high. I've also seen many trainees get dismissed over this same thing on the "country" roads test when they can't keep the rear of the bus from touching/going over the double yellow on extremely winding and hilly roads with no shoulders. </p><p></p><p>One thing they would always tell us, especially when drivers were first hired, "there is no more paying your ticket online so you don't have to go to court, now you go to court and beg if you have to or lose your job"</p></blockquote><p></p>
