Hoffa fears loss of powerand subsequent payoffs that he may or may not be missing. A international insider that is willing to share info with me , told me that the Production Harrassment would stop happening until after the votes are counted. Hmmmmm sounds like UPS has something to gain by Hoffa getting another 5 year contract as our front man.
Got a e-mail from International stating that Hoffa was addressing the harassment issues at UPS. My opinion is that this a little late. We have been driven the entire summer with routes being cut out and the remaining routes way over dispatched. UPS has played games with the route designations in order to make the triple time penalty almost impossible to get paid for our members. This whole concern was and is being currently addressed my Sandy Pope. She alone started questioning this so good ole boy Hoffa has decided its time to get the international involved. Its not the he really gives a hoot about UPS employees, I and others feel its a politcal ploy because he sees himself out of power and back in the role of shady lawyer not national labor leader. Whatever you feel is best for you and your family is your business and I respect that, but be informed, and please vote. There are enough UPS Teamsters it is crazy that we cant have a pro UPS Teamster as Internation President.......... BC
