[QUOTE="teamsterdan, post: 1092806, member: 5350"] i never wanted to nor would I grieve actions of my co-workers. I guess my main objective was to see if I was the only one that viewed this for what it is : "OBVIOUS DOUBLE HANDLING OF THE PKGS"; not a good idea or time saver as my "esteemed" colleagues seem to think it is. The other thing i wanted to point out was how the training has gone out the window, as well as it seems to me "this generation is lazy". My only other gripe is that I'm viewed as the maroon, even though i know i'm doing what is correct, safe and efficient. I do agree abt. being able to do this long term, but i have been in the unload off and on my entire 20yrs., and know what my body can handle. I was blessed (or cursed) with a strong back and low center of gravity, a natural wide body, built to unload. Thanks for all your input. Now lets stand together and win a good contract TOGETHER!!!!!!
