Especially shifter's, are u required to work in Lighting storm's, wondering what the it's like around the country.....ps if your a shifter and have on the hook you are not grounded as the legs of the trailer provide a chance for the electrical current to arch, if that happens kiss your butt good bye.

I`ve gone through a near miss with a micro-burst that left trailers on their sides.

Sometimes, common sense comes into play.
I am not required to put my life in jeopardy.
I have been on route during lightning storms, tornadoes and even hurricanes. I always found shelter and called my sups that I was going to wait out the danger.
Never got a complaint from them.

My mama didn't raise no fool. Many times I "hid out" in the old package car or at a customers and waited for a storm to pass.
