I don't see a scenario ... everyone else would have to get zero points in order for you to win.
Someone will get points in the next round that jump them over your final 82 points.
Points in next round are 16 and 32 in finals.

As a side note:
I may have the most correct picks but finish back in the pack. Virginia failed me.

Our mall driver (since retired) used to run the brackets for us each year. Everyone who played put in $5. The first round was 1 point, the second was 2, the third was 4 and so on. It was winner take all.
