I don't have a good answer why a 4 month old would die. It doesn't seem fair to him/her, the parents, or anyone. God has the power to do anything anytime, but he doesn't use that power in all situations. When I or family members encounter challenges, I look at the life of Joseph. He went through all kinds of difficulty and disappointments, but these led him to a position where he could save the lives of thousands of people, maybe more. You don't know why things happen immediately, sometimes you never know. For the first half of my life I considered myself an agnostic. I wasn't hostile towards God, just not sure he existed. I gradually came to faith over a period of years. The theory of evolution seems logical and attractive at first, but has a lot of holes in it when you start to look closer. When you look at the origin of life, no one has a credible explanation for how life began. And lately more and more of the things mentioned in the bible are being given credibility by scientific and historical discoveries. Evolution says that dinosaurs existed millions of years ago, but a scientific discovery approximately 25 years ago somewhere in Texas Gould a dinosaur footprint on the same level of sedimentary rock as a human footprint. I guess this was covered up by people that didn't want evidence conflicting with their theory, but it was front page news when it came out. People will spin what they want, you have to look at things for yourself and not trust the spin doctors who want to manipulate us to believing their lies and half truths. Start digging and you'll be surprised. Kmart sux. So does Walmart. And Orion.
