If you work a holiday as a full-timer(4th of July) are you still guaranteed your 8 hour shift?
Yes you will get 8 hours on top of 8.
welllll no and yes, you get double whatever you work and since the holidays on a friday, volume is there probably will be little work to do, so they may ask for voluteers to go home early in which case youd forfeit you guarantee
To clarify what DREWED said, you will get your 8 hrs holiday and you will get the hrs you actually work on fri. Yes, he is right, unless you force the issue and work your full 8 hrs, you will only get paid the hrs that you actually worked.
What operation would be working on the 4th?
Any international export sorts, doc offices, air ops, i dont know if the feeders run? but yea there are several (those would also work all UPS holidays)
Separate names with a comma.
