UPS delivered my new Mac laptop, usually apple ships fed-ex so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was coming UPS. I took it home with me after the shift, made my driver's day easier haha. Thats probably the only real benefit to working the preload.

Anyone who ordered from Dell, and specified UPS delivery, should have REFUSED it from any other carrier. Then you call Dell again and tell them to reship it UPS, as they're supposed to for a UPS employee.

Dell comes and goes. I think every few months they see who will give them the best deal and switch to that company.

This is it right there.

I asked our center manager about it when Dell dropped us most recently. They bounce around trying to save some cash and eventually come back when their customers get angry about bad service, poor delivery, etc. I think he said it was close to a 2 year cycle.
