If DHL decides to make a public donation of the Wilmington airport, it won't occur until after the company hires United Parcel Service to take its U.S. cargo sorting and flying work away from Wilmington, a DHL spokesman said.
"We're still in talks with UPS," spokesman Jonathan Baker said Tuesday, Nov. 18. "Until those are concluded, we will not be in a position to determine the final specifics of a donation of the air park."
