I think some want the taxpayer to fund separate facilities for a few criminals.
They really should have carpeting in their cells. I mean who wants to wake up and step on a cold hard floor first thing in the morning ?
I dated a gay felon for a bit, he said prison was wonderful and most people were extra nice to him. He was a pretty talented hair stylist though and did the guards and warden’s hair.
