Excessive Backing?

.....This is going to be interesting. We are told we MUST follow ORION at least 90%. If they approach me about my backs then I shall have some fun with it.

So will we just say "sorry, but we had to generate an ORION compliance metric" to the parents of the child that we backed over and killed in a residential driveway?

Follow the safe methods that you were taught. Avoid backing into residential driveways. If you need to go around the block, go around the block. If they dont like the resulting metric, let THEM fix it by adjusting the ORION setup to allow you to do the job safely. Their system, their metric, their problem. You can NOT get fired just because you didnt follow ORION to some arbitrary percentage.

I hate how management calls us professional drivers but treat us like armatures. Who gives a ish if I backed for lunch in a nice cozy spot! I was hiding hahaha!
