FedEx thoughts from disgruntled customers (and a few employees)

    Since Fred, Matt and Dave are doing a piss-poor job providing the kind of customer service that they are paid to do I thought I'd share the feedback on this site I stumbled across. I guess Express has mentally been out the service business ever since they had the ribbon cutting ceremony for FedEx Ground. And the people ain't happy.

    Sadly, the English composition skills of the vast majority of the complainants seem to be on a par with the shabby service they're receiving from FedEx.
