Well, I don’t really keep score. It seems like there’s a pretty decent mix there, and probably has less to do with politics and more to do with poverty and drugs
The states with lowest life expectancy are also republican.

The because most Republican majority states also have very large minority populations. One exception is West Virginia but it has huge issues with opioids and coal mining.
