You are allowing them to short you whats yours. Talk to your shop steward or BA and tell them what you told us. They should actively fight this

As a part-timer, I did that and kept it in the front pocket of my cooler. Then they told me I could no longer bring in my cooler.I carry a copy of the contract in one of the outside pockets of my backpack for all to see. Let them know you are prepared
