And apparently she missed all of those things in 2006 too when she was arrested for the same thing.

So multiple people attempted to call the city to pay the $77.80 for her. The city refused the payments. Because the payment must come from the frail old woman.

But the good people did start a GoFundMe for Ms. Martha. Raised $25,000 for her so far. So I guess the city will eventually get their $77.80. everybody wins.
