There will be no change to the FedEx Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement, featuring the Retiree Health Premium Account (RHPA).</p><p></p><p><strong>What does this mean for you?</strong></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><strong>You keep your RHPA!</strong> As an eligible retiree, you (and, if applicable, your eligible Spouse) will continue to have access to the balance of your RHPA(s). Keep in mind, the RHPA can be used to reimburse (up to the amount in the account) eligible premiums for a wide range of health plans, including unsubsidized coverage you purchase on the federal Health Insurance Marketplace at <strong><a href="http://healthcare.gov" target="_blank">healthcare.gov</a></strong> or state exchanges, coverage you purchase from an insurance broker or insurance company, other employer coverage purchased with after-tax dollars, and Medicare premiums.<br /> <br /> </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><strong>FedEx medical, dental, and vision coverage will end at midnight on December 31, 2023.</strong> Our records indicate that you (and, if applicable, your eligible dependents) are not enrolled in medical, dental, or vision coverage through the FedEx Corporation Retiree Group Health Plan currently, so this should have little to no effect on you.<br /> <br /> </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><strong>Access to the Medical Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) associated with the FedEx retiree medical plan options will also end at midnight on December 31, 2023.</strong> Since our records indicate that you (and, if applicable, your eligible dependents) are not enrolled in a FedEx medical plan option, this should have no effect on you.<br /> <br /> </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul"><strong>You will no longer receive annual enrollment communications from FedEx.</strong></li> </ul></blockquote><p></p>
