My favorite was always the Mall stops when no one will answer the back door but they wanted everything delivered into the back. I found bumping into a few ankles with the cart made putting them around the corner at the front ok :wink2: I did have a guy one time who ripped me a new one in front pf a couple of his customers because I walked in and put a couple heavy boxes on the floor next to what looked like his shipping area, it was a table covered with stuff, no room for more. H ranted about me working for him and I should ask him before I put anything down, and how he had just had a back surgery ( I dont know how many people I have run into with back problems through the years lol) on and on. It was my first time ever there, just covering a route blind. I just stared at him blankly as he finished up, responded with "I will keep that in mind next time, can you please sign here sir?", this started another round of abuse that expanded into name calling, I continued to just stare blankly, and as he wrapped it up I asked him if he was refusing to sign. He said yes and then kept yelling at me as I picked the boxes back up (At this point I believe the line was "Thats what I thought, you had better do what I tell you" came into play) and walked back out the the truck and drove away. Yeah he called the hotline, but it was worth it, and suprise suprise at the time I had a real OCS that laughed at the story, asked me not to do it again but he did understand why I did it. Footnote to the story it was a Cristian book store I was delivering to. Turn the other cheek guy, turn the other cheek. :happy-very: :devil3:
