how hard is it to learn to drive a package car if you don't know how to drive a manua

It's a racing technique, but I have adapted it for the street. It's basically a way to downshift while braking. You brake, clutch in, blip the throttle to rev match, move the gear lever, and clutch out all in one smooth motion. It makes me drive smoother, and allows me to get in the gear I need to be in quickly. It's especially useful when coming off the highway; it's safer because I leave the car in gear and can balance the weight easier. Will they fail me if they see me using all 3 pedals at the same time?
