Inflation: My experience at the grocery store, gas station etc.

Blue Bell half gallon: $10 each. Cantaloupes $4 each! on and on. Not per pound.....

What is weird: The store was crowded(people) and just brimming with product. No problem finding stuff.

Gas station: The pumps shut off because the totals are too high! In other words......Nobody ever counted on gas being so high!

$120 to fill up an F150....

Anybody been to COSTCO lately....: CHK OUT Clerk: "That comes to $400+....." "WHAAATTT?"

Camping this weekend and went shopping this morning. 80/20 hamburger $3.99/lb, bacon 12oz Oscar Mayer Maple $5.99, Eggs 18 count $2.39, Bread and buns 4/$5, Doritos $1.99, Tostitos $1.99. Coffee 12oz ground $5.99, Budweiser 24 pack $ 16.49. 5# bag of baby reds $3.99. I bought a lot of other smaller items, but everything seems to be reasonable. Kroger

Neighborhood Kroger. Cases of Pepsi products are $5.99, V8 Bloody Mary $4.29, Salted butter $1.99/lb and I bought a 10# spiral ham because it was on sale $2.99/lb. Between this trip and my 4th of July trip, I also save $1.00/gallon at the pumps out front. 30 gallon max.
