This so called Fair Play Act is anything but with Smith sticking his nose in it. Fred has obviously never played fair in his life. The lawmakers need to lock the doors and keep him outside and act like they don't know him.

Notice that FedEx received an "exception" to the bill, which is very similar to the "Express Carrier Exception" over on the Express side. This is what you get when a company owns politicians...special treatment. Fred pays them off, and then they deliver what he needs. Sickening.
