They care a lot about using groups to get their vote, but the real issues like black on black crime is largely invisible to them, a non-issue. "Switch the conversation to something else", rather than dealing with the violence that is happening in cities under their control. Never confront the real causes. The socialist agenda always tops the lives of citizens they rule.
