It's amazing to me that so many of us can still manage to smile our way through the day greeting and serving the customers that pay our wages all the while knowing that someone is sitting at a monitor scrutinizing you every second spent at and between stops like you don't have the common sense to utilize the time in a cost efficient manner. Customer relations is the number one factor in building and maintaining any business. We simply do not have time to care about the most important issues anymore.
