Maybe I need to transfer to Canada! 90 stops and 30 pickups??? WOW! There's lots of miles/kilometers maybe? Over here it's 142 stops per car average...not including pickups! With pickups it's like 160 total stops of up and down. What a rosy picture! Anyway for the OG poster, start and stop routines are huge. Stopping in the best area for your delivery so you can smoothly deliver your parcels is huge. Also getting buckled and looking over your shoulder while the truck is starting. Making sure you know exactly what package you're grabbing when you open the door to your next stop. If your next stop is inside the bulkhead or in the rear for a dock stop...organizing buildings with lots of suites on your hand cart...reduce the amount of steps...You'd be shocked...after a week or two, the amount of time saved by getting these basics down to second nature with save you anywhere from half an hour to maybe two hours depending on how many stops you have! Speed won't always make up for smooth. Good luck!
