Hey UPSers!

I have been repeatedly criticized for not scanning certain packages properly, and upon investigating, I noticed that these packages have the tag "Indirect Delivery." After conducting some tests, I realized that the deliveries are not showing up on the UPS website. Why is this happening? Is there a specific procedure for handling these packages?

I don't understand what's wrong with these deliveries, check pic is this tag:

Direct delivery is a service option for the shipper and it means the package can only be delivered to the address on the label, so I assume indirect is close to or the same thing. You can't leave it with the neigholbor biz etc.
