You are making my point about BO not being a leader. Your perspective is that the Republicans want the Democrats to lose so that the Republicans will win! You stated that Obama said that. A good leader would not pit each side against the other. A good leader would not allow closed door negotiations without the other side included. BO, Reid, and Pop-up Pelosi continue to shove their agenda down the Republicans throats. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the other side and their position. Maybe this example will hit home for you.... If management closed the door on the union during negotiations and told them they better get in line ... what would you do? Wouldn't you authorize a strike vote? BO uses Chicago style politics to send his henchman out with the bats. He talks a good game but does not walk the talk. The Kool-Aid he is pouring is rancid and I won't drink it! LOL! If I were the president, I would have had many meetings right from the get go with the other side. Being in a position of power, I would have shown the other side that they have a voice and I would not only hear what they say but implement some of what they want. I would make both sides meet and come to agreement as to what they could each agree on and use that as a base to move forward. This should have been done way back in the first half of last year. The fact that it wasn't done and he has lost 3 key states since then shows America he is an ineffective figure head.
