1) 1976 thru 2000-42 presidents borrowed 1.01 trillion dollars from foriegn countries combined.

2) 2000 thru 2008- GW Bush has borrowed 1.05 trillion dollars by himself.

This is a fact.

This alone speaks to failed presidential leadership.

There is no arguing that the war in Iraq is the biggest consumer of the money spent in the last 7 years, regardless of whether or not we should be there (that's another topic) wars are expensive. We had 42 presidents between 1976-2000? I don't think so.
